The german for small is klein so the name fits.

25 or more years ago I built a miniature model of an old upright for one of the piano salesladies at our store, and gave it the German version of the same name, "Kleinweg." Since it was very lightweight and easily knocked over, I filled a baggie with gravel and put it inside, making it appropriately heavy, as all pianos are.
