I'm wondering if anyone has a couple of these Samick WG-5 upright piano pedal lever bracket nylon inserts. Samick no longer supplies them.

The ones shown in the attached photo are actually on a Yamaha Piano. They appear to be exactly the same.

I suspect a factory makes them for all pianos.

While we are at it, I am about to need a source for the oval ones that go under the pedal. In a pinch I have swapped out for the ones under the middle or left pedals, since they are not used much, and put thick felt punchings there, but that is twice the work in a very awkward position!

I haven't looked farther than my local colleagues for this. Just curious what others have to say.

    Thanks.

Well, here is what I came up with. Moen washers. These feel fairly dense and after doing an experiment on the upright piano I have, they seem to work just fine. However, if the sustain pedal nylon inserts break, I will always transfer the nylon inserts from the soft pedal.

I used a tiny amount of PVC-E glue to hold the washers in place. Hopefully, someone will come up with a better solution. See the attached files.
