    Hi David,

I have no problem logging in using the Windows, Android, and IOS systems that I have. I've also tried different browsers.
You might want to also post your original question to the Help community.

What is the software update of your Ipad?
What browser and browser version are you using?
You might try clearing the history of your browser.
I'm wondering if you have multiple username/logins for different communities and have somehow inadvertently changed your main username/password on your IPAD to access to myptg.

    Paul.

    I think so!

And to the other question, whatever the newest iOS is. But it's always done this, or not, as the case may be.

What about the browser and browser version you use David?

Your IOS version - Settings --> General --> Software Update --

Have you tried logging off my.ptg from all of your devices and then only logging in only with IPad?

    Paul.

    Forgot one thing David,

If the previous suggestions don't work, you might try downloading another browser just as a login test. If you're using Firefox, then try Safari or vice versa.

Maybe Apple is intentionally doing something to your device without your knowledge or consent...

    David,

If you are not manually entering the password, perhaps Safari is auto-filling it with a previously saved but no longer valid password. Also, if your desktop is a Mac and you're using iCloud, it may be that the password from the desktop has not synced to update the iPad.

    Answering a number of questions.

    Using Safari
Logging in both auto and manually, neither works.
    Desktop is a PC
    Phone is a Droid

I believe my ipad thinks my password is fake news.

The mystery continues. I've really tried everything. There is this message that members must sign in with their member number and "assigned" password but since I've never been assigned a password I don't know what that might be.

I think I'll just go and read more of Dan Brown's new novel. Much simpler plotline.

Ok mystery may have been solved. Had ipad set to block all cookies. Switched that and was able to sign in. Life gets teejus don't it.

Thanks for all the suggestions, even if they didn't help.  Just kidding. I do appreciate it.

    Now back to Dan Brown.
