You could repair that. Remove keytop, cut the key square along the break, glue on an appropriate size piece of wood, dress to size as needed, install new keytop. Not that hard a job, and I would think a lot less trouble and expense than getting a new key made.

practice room piano. They split off a big chunk of the key and took
it. You can see the impact cracks in the key, so it looks like it got
