    I doubt that it was photoshopped. This would not be the only ergonomically curved keyboard ever made, either.

    Not the only concave keyboard.  I know of an upright in a museum in Brussels.

    That piano is rad. I wonder if you had to sit on a piano stool so you could spin around. would like to see pictures of the keysticks, action and stringing

    That was in the MIM (Music Instrument Museum) in Brussels. Wish I had had digital camera back then, but only had so much room for film canisters. ;-{.  You may find particulars on the museum website, 

    BTW, when I taught a course on piano technology one of my test questions asked how could the builder basically fit a round peg into a square hole. Unfortunately, I was not able to look inside.
