I have a customer with a Boston Grand, and H3 D-C.  The water senor light is behaving opposite as it should.  The light blinks when the tank is full, and turns off when the tank is empty.  I quickly cleaned the senor, changed pads, and added fresh water with conditioner.  Still same behavior.
I emailed Dampp Chaser, but haven't heard back from them yet.
Wanted to get some thoughts about this, if it's common.

I had a bad sensor once. Called. DC sent a replacement. Part of faulty batch.

I would call. Emails for something like this lose a level of importance.
