    I have a client in San Jose who needs to have a glide re-installed on her Baldwin vertical piano.This is a European style console, circa 1986. This piano has glides instead of casters. One of the glides went missing in a move. I was able to obtain a replacement from Baldwin (Gibson).
    I was able to lift one end of the piano to install the glide, but couldn't do it that way. 

    I think a piano tilter will be needed. However my piano tilter somehow disappeared in my last move. 

    Does anyone want to take this job on? The customer will be paying as it is too late to file a claim with the mover.

    Bruce,

    Of course I am way too far away to do anything, but I had a similar situation. Is the "wood" (oops, I mean particle board as I recall) damaged around the area as well?  Mine was, and required repair with Lakeone wood rebuilder.
