Interesting podcast re "clicker" training for training people to do complex tasks.  The clicker removes confusing, attention robbing, extraneous positive and negative distractions from the task of acquiring a skill...the skill acquisition itself is retained as the only motivating factor in the skill acquisition.

50 min long...very interesting...used to teach orthopedic surgeons, as well as dolphins complex skills.

There can be a lot of psychological noise involved in teaching. But what if we replaced all that mental chit chat....with a click? This week, we explore an innovative idea about how we learn. It will take us from a dolphin exhibit in Hawaii to a top teaching hospital in New York.

I enjoyed this podcast a lot. Thank you for posting it. I am a bit confused, however, about having my thumb lower than my pinky when throwing a Frisbee. I just can't picture that. Now I want to get a Frisbee to see if I can figure that out. Guess I'll need a clicker, too. :-)
No, seriously. This was a great podcast with some inspiring ideas.
    Thanks --
