Hello,
I am currently 61 years old and have been in music all my life. I took piano as a youth for about 5 years and promptly gave it up when my parents bought a set of drums for me. Then at 59 yrs of age I rekindled my love for piano and now relish the opportunity to practice almost every day unless life interferes.
I would very much like to learn how to care for pianos and actually buy some of the older ones and restore them in my work shop that is currently under construction.
I expect to retire in perhaps ten more years and I look forward to a vigorous retirement filled with shop time as well as greenhouse, garden, and piano time!!
