    Appreciate that you don't want to say ANYTHING negative, but, while the PTI and Global Technician sites are certainly worthwhile, I wonder if you might consider how to drive more 'traffic'  to the more specialized lists (er, Communities), rather than off the PTG interface entirely.  For example, some sort of notification of the discussion (on the sub-list) could be posted on the two primary lists (Pianotech & CAUT).

    (I personally try to be as heavily involved as I possibly can. Just feel like I'm sort of "swimming upstream" at times.)
