This started off as a discussion about how a technician should deal with warranty issues, which would have been just fine. Unfortunately, it escalated into a dispute between a technician and a manufacturer. Pianotech is not the place to carry out private disputes, and some of the information that was shared was completely inappropriate for this forum. Please do not continue this.

Hi Mark , I have requested with Yimin to not continue posting on ptg  and I believe that there has been more than enough postings done to expose the real story . I was really shocked that this issue appeared on ptg . Especially the false claims . I felt compelled to tell the real story to avoid dis crediting Del and me

I apologise to ptg group for the postings between myself and Yimin . I believe the real story has been exposed now and there will not be any further postings about this issue . The original post had a lot of information that was not true and I wanted to bring forward the real facts. I do realise that this type of rubbish does not have a place with png
