  • 1.  YC pedal lyre

    I have a YC pedal lyre in which the pivot pins were "evidently" never secured in the pedals. Of course now they are worn and rattling about. 

    The obvious fix is to install a set screw, etc. I seem to recall either someone on this list, or a journal article dealing with this exact issue. I would like to access this information before diving into it. Does anyone else recall this (and know where to find it)...OR simply DONE IT, and can give a quick explanation?

    I'd be inclined to go with two set screws for each pedal. Drill and tap, no problem
