I agree that Medcram is good information, clearly explained. And here's one by Medcram on vitamin C:

It's astonishing to me that so many people dismiss vitamin C as a fairy tale when we have good evidence that it works in clinical settings, that its effects are biologically plausible (vasopressor and powerful antioxidant) and that it's plausible enough so that there's a large clinical trial testing its use in treating sepsis (and that includes lung sepsis-- hello, COVID-19.) And, it's remarkably safe.
I say that vitamin C, zinc, and chloroquine (and quercetin? sorry, haven't been keeping up) should be on the evening news. Yet I doubt the evening news will have a peep about vitamin C. Probably nor quercetin either, since that's a (gasp!) plant flavonol.
During these times the medical community doesn't have time to wait for the results of clinical trials. It needs to rely on clinical practice and compare notes and see what's working-- and yes, proceed cautiously. This is common sense and you don't have to have an MD degree to understand this. It seems to me that "what might work" is being summarily dismissed.

Subject: against stupidity
There is a very old saying: Against stupidity, the gods themselves contend in vain.
I recently sent out some information about quercetin, zinc, and COV-2 quoting something I sent to my cousin.
The first link to a YouTube by Dr. Seheult turns out to be a link to Yulianna Avdeeva playing the Wanderer Fantasy.
Now, she plays the Wanderer Fantasy extremely well ----- but it says nothing about how coronavirus takes over
cell functions.
The real one, "Update 32" by Dr. Seheult is here:

The second YouTube, "Update 35" mentioning quercetin and hydroxychloroquine, is here:
