Can the Weaver spinet rocker arms be bent? As you can see from the photo, it didn't work on this old part, but I got some from Schaff that are a different design (zinc?). The old ones looked like aluminum. Anyway, I was wondering if it is possible to bend them to align with the whippen.

My experience has been that they just break.

I think the term for these is not a rocker arm but a sticker. Can't help on the metal question.

Trying to bend cast anything is like walking on thin ice.  Cast brass pedals I've had success with but cast aluminum or zinc I'd expect to just simply just break.

As for aligning them  .....  they were a bad idea when they came off the assembly line.  The key has no doubt warped a bit with age causing alignment issues I'm assuming.   Additionally the bushing felts may be a contributing factor.  A Dremel and some time grinding the screw holes to accommodate your desires is all that comes to mind.  It's been about 30 years since I've done any.

As for calling them a sticker instead of a rocker arm  ................  the catalog calls them a rocker arm.  That's how that part is found in the catalog.  Being correct on this isn't going to help any.  Being wrong however, might get you a very high paid public service job.

    Carry on.

It's a klunker with pin block pulling away and soundboard splits, but it holds a high sentimental value to the family. Therefore, I'll try my best!

Strangely, it was a Weaver just like that with which I got myself (unknowingly) into trouble by making a comment implying time to take it to the dump. Strong sentimental attachment. Found out years later how offended they were. Fortunately able to patch things up though. A Weaver...who'd a thunk?

It's amazing how some people can get so attached to a piano.  They seem to think that instruments last forever and think that if we just "fix a few things" it will be like new again.  That is until you give them the price to " fix a few things", and then all of a sudden it's not such a good idea anymore.
