    Is this just received post from M&H a reference to the kerfuffle at Steinway re use of decals? or is it some internal M&H thing that I missed?

    Kirk was a bit too circumspect in my opinion, as its hard to tell what he wanted to say. But it would be about the other american piano maker's bullying tactics. I think he was trying to say Mason considers if good business to support it technicians and rebuilders, rather than making them mad and making their lives unnecessarily difficult...in my opinion.
