I did. I've been ripping various Chinese PSO's apart and tricking them out...turning them into real instruments. Its worked out well for me. I can sell them at about 12-15K, as a custom entry level job, built on the Asian core and board. The basic structure and finish on past ones, has actually been quite acceptable.

I service one of these. It's okay. When I first got to it it was in bad need of regulation. No SERIOUS complaints though. Hope you got it cheap.

Any experience with these? who makes them? action issues? expanding brackets? I am picking one up to hot rod into a piano...want to see what I'm up against.
