I tuned a Lothar Schell studio size piano today but the hammer rest rail does not come all the way back to a rest position. The pedal rod is a two piece metal tube that has a pin on the smaller tube that goes through the lift arm for the rail. The other end  rests on a metal plate where a pin from a ;onger adjustable pedal rod connects to it. I tried everything to pry the smaller tube so the rest rail would come to a full rest. I cant figure out how this kluge is designed to work and it seems like something is bent or broken. The bottom tube that connects to the pedal tubimg has a long threaded nylon /plastic rod so you can adjust the pedal travel. If I need parts I am not even sure where I could get them or what I would need. Perhaps someone has seen this brand and knows the fix

Pictures would be so helpful. I've never heard of the brand.
