    Has the Ptg done a 1979 - 2020 journal Cd and if so does anyone know the price?

    The PTG store lists the 1979-2010 DVD for $50 (for PTG members -- $295 for non-members).  I would be surprised if this gets updated to include the next 10 years, as all of the issues are now available for download from the PTG website.  With a bit of time and bother, any member can download this library of files to a device or drive (or burn a DVD), for use when without an internet connection.
