Has anyone tuned the grands made under this brand name ? I have tuned two uprights and they were not too bad but know little about the grands. All I know at this time is that the piano was in storage for 4 months no idea of age/size/model or quality. I am going to see if there are any reviews in the piano buyer/aka piano book but tech feedback is welcome

St. Luke at Richmond Va had one. Been replaced in 2 years  by warranty issue. Replaced lasted year and a half and developed crack on bridge. Been replaced under warranty. Last one is there for 3 years and didn't make any major issue... Yet!... Overall is not so bad Piano.

Cristofori pianos are made for a Singapore music company known by the same name. They have them manufactured in China, Japan or South Korea. Quite a well known local brand/music school.

I tuned the Cristofori piano yesterday and overall it was not bad. Interesting that it will be moved in a few months since owners are building a new home right across the street . The biggest annoyance I detected was a groaning sound coming from the case very much like you get in polyester piano benches when the sides and fronts rub against the legs. I have fixed that issue before with thin strips of fallboard adhesive felt. Owner mentioned that the piano mover noticed it to when the piano was setup and said something about a two piece block used to attach the legs to the case. I am wondering what the fix would be perhaps removing excess poly from mating surfaces or using thin felt as in the bench repair. It would totally drive me crazy when playing the piano. Timing wise I would plan a fix when legs are off for the move across the street. Owner tells me piano is ten years old but I thought I read this make had a 12 year warranty...
