If that is in an S&S I think I know that piano. The owner recently posted on the neighbor app she was looking for a pianist to play the piano for a gathering at her house. Whoever got the gig would be interesting to interview. There was so much lead in the keys of that piano the movers probably charged extra. I may have some pictures of it because it was memorable.

And I thought 5 in the bass of a Baldwin L was excessive. I ended up taking 3.2 lbs. of lead out of that piano. Ten leads?  That's a sin!!!  LOL

The closer to the balance rail, the less effective the lead (that's good, right?) Though the accumulative impact of each lead is equal when you have to carry the action.

When I documented one of the earliest Centennial Steinway grands (ca. 1875), I  discovered a similar setup - original to the piano.   I figured it would be unplayable but no!   It weirdly worked.  It was not about the difference between DW and UW, or obtaining a 20g minimum UW (UW was around 11-12g) but simply about the high inertia.  If you could get it going it would keep going .....sigh...you were floating on a sea of moving lead.

I found this a lot in early Steinways and there's more to the analysis but I'll talk about that in my class at Orlando.

    Impressive !
    Is this a factory key-weighting?

I've never seen keys weighted under neath like that - fascinating.
