Yamaha Disklavier Mark III question

    Customer has a 2007 Yamaha GC1 Grand Disklavier Mark III Controller KDC60RCD with CD with several hundred songs saved and wants to cull that down to 40. Any suggestions on how he can do that without manually deleting each song? Would an upgrade controller make this a simpler task? Is there a way to do that using midi connections?
