Just replaced the bushings on a 1994 Kluge Keyboard on an M. Balance Rail: .147", Front Rail: .128".
The bushings were not worn but created drag (friction) from the gummy feeling of the pre-treated cloth.
Do no use a Key Bushing Iron (KBI) on Kluge Keyboards. It will soften the glue again and cause it to migrate to the surface
After rebushing the friction dropped from being ~20g+ to the normal range.
You could feel the gumminess of the motion and see the glaze when removed. They're easy to remove, A few seconds with the KBI and they pull cleanly off.

Subject: Steinway B with small key pins
Hi All,
I am action overhauling a Steinway B for one of our piano profs, and starting with re-bushing the keys. In all my years, all the front rail pins have been .146, but this one is .131. Very strange. Has anyone else ever found this on a Steinway?
Stay well,
Paul
