I've had no luck with getting a 2018 Johannes Seiler GS-247 replaced under warranty. I sent photos of the lose tuning pins and and I spoke with a few folks at Seiler about the issue back in March of 2021 but am unable to resolve the issue with them. Any suggestions would be helpful.

How many loose pins? Are they in a pattern suggesting a cracked block, or does it seem to be a drilling/torque issue? In other words, do you think slightly oversized tuning pins could resolve the issue?
Does the language of the warranty suggest that the dealer or distributor might be responsible, or able to negotiate with Seiler for replacement or warranty repair work?
    Good luck!

I ended up calling Samick one more time and got through and they're agreed to send a replacement under warranty!!

Pins were grouped around a plate bolt.

Hi John, I wondered whether you had that issue - it seems to show up here and there on random makes, and seems possibly related to the use of a lubricant on the plate screw.  I had a piakk no I with several screws with tuning pins grouped around them with this problem.   I think that if there wasn't warranty support CA glue might overcome the problem, but that shouldn't be a warranty solution, in my mind.
