Hi, all. 

I am trying to find regulating specs for Boston vertical pianos. They are marketed as a Steinway product, but we know what they really are. 

We have 20 UP118 and 7 UP126 verticals. All are inconsistent with regard to regulation. It would be nice to have a starting point that I can reference when cycling through regulation instead of having to start from scratch on every single one. I can't find any published. 

K and SS don't overlap with the specs. They don't even use the same references. 

Any help? TIA

I would look at the Steinway Technical Reference and also Kawai service manuals.  One issue is the flimsy keybed construction. You could

install heavy channel to the keybed to make the regulation more stable.
