Hello. I wanted to mention this again, since many of you might be coming to Reno for the convention. There is a lot of work here. As recently as this year, five technicians have retired, most moved away. In fact, I'm so busy I won't be able to attend the convention very much. An orchestra is making a recording of a piano concerto on the same dates as the convention and they want me around. Right now I would like to retire, but don't because there isn't anyone around who can do what I do. We have two orchestras, there are some music festivals near by, and the university. There is a Steinway store and a Yamaha store. So if you are interested in relocating, are interested in Reno, need a lot of work, and are not intimidated by concert work, this might be a good fit for you. The big problem is Reno is a bit trendy right now, so there is a lot of competition for single-family houses. There are a lot of apartments, though.
Let me know and I can send you links to demographics about the area.
