If this is a client of yours wanting to do this, it brings to mind this:
"The lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part."
Now if you sold, or can sell the piano, and the client needs it by the end of the month, you've pretty much
tried all the cross-country I know about. Push comes to shove, have one of your employees drive it there, hire some extra muscle back east to get it in its home, and have your guy drive back. Expensive proposition though, between the gas, wages, hotels etc., and economically unmissable. Good luck!

Subject: Upright piano move SF, Ca - The Hamptons, NY
Hi all, been trying to find a piano mover that would be willing to move an older Steinway upright from the SF Bay Area, Ca to the Hamptons, Ny before Memorial day( end of May). Tried the normal channels, Modern Movers, Keyboard Carriage, Walter. None can deliver the piano in the timeframe the customer is trying to get it within. I know it's a slim chance, but could anyone recommend a mover that might be willing and able to do the move? Thanks!
