Anyone know if there will be a post convention evaluation form for virtual attendees?

It would also be nice to know how many virtual attendees there were and how it was for those attending by computer.

I know I overslept one morning as 4am is not my usual waking up time.  It was sort of a blessing because I needed the sleep and the schedule had changed. The class that was being offered at that time was a lot of come up to the piano and try this and that really didn't work on the computer.

I'm glad I attended virtually.  I was very inspired by some of the instructors and enjoyed getting to know some of the other virtual attendees thru their comments on the chat.

    Hi Brenda,

I believe it was announced that there were 55 online, and 30 of these were first-time participants.

I talked with one of these first-timers yesterday.  He really appreciated the online option and is eager to attend in-person next year and meet people.

Because of Covid numbers and last years reduced income I also opted for virtual. I found the classes of value, though I would have chosen other classes to attend.
Vimeo, though a little clumsy to get on, worked well for me. It did not freeze frequently as the Zoom classes do. It buffered occasionally, but I missed nothing.

I think this is a worthwhile venue to pursue and work out the kinks.

I do find in person attendance more invigorating and demanding and I hope to attend in the future.

Where are the next conventions to be?

You can find the schedule at:

    https://www.ptg.org/home

There is a drop-down menu for Technicians. Select "Events".

It will list upcoming annual & regional conventions, as well as other training opportunities.

    The next few annuals are

    Anaheim California
    Arlington VA

    Reno Nevada
