Your extreme temperature range is going to make the system struggle. Warm air can possess more water vapor (moisture) than cold air, so with the same amount of absolute/specific humidity, air will have a HIGHER relative humidity if the air is cooler, and a LOWER relative humidity if the air is warmer.

Do you have an undercover installed ? A string cover might help too if you already have an undercover.

Oh, you have a studio upright! Undercovers are for grands. The same material (speaker cloth) can be attached to the back of an upright piano as semi-porous barrier to reduce humidity transfer. Best for you to have it installed by a piano technician familiar with Dampp-Chaser products.
