    Hello,

    I recently booked a tour of the Mason & Hamlin factory in Haverhill, MA on their website and I hadn't received confirmation. I've tried calling and emailing to confirm to no avail. Surely I don't want to arrive mid-December for a tour and find no staff to give tour. Is there a way I can contact Mason & Hamlin as all my other ways of trying have not gone through?
