If they've mentioned sticking keys, I'm inclined to think it's probably bad center pins. It's unlikely using ProTek will help, so plan on repinning. In the least you'll need to do the ones that are actively causing problems, though it would be better if they'll accept a bid to repin all the hammer flanges.
