"Now is the time to contribute to your Foundation."

The Piano Technicians Guild Foundation supports the mission of the Piano Technicians Guild through charitable, historical, scientific and educational programs. A few of this year's highlights:

    • Five Associate members were awarded scholarships, helping them attend the St. Louis convention and take their remaining exam. This resulted in four new RPTs. Beginning 2018, eight scholarships will be offered.
    • We hosted a concert celebrating St. Louis Ragtime with a performance by specialist "Ragtime Dr. Dave" Majchrzak.
    • A member received financial aid after suffering tremendous loss from a fire.
    • Jihong Park, a Nationally Certified member of Music Teachers National Association, received a $1000 scholarship for continuing education.
    • The Research Grant Program was reestablished to assist research pertaining to the science and history of the piano.

Honor a living or deceased mentor, friend, colleague with a tax-deductible contribution. Although any size donation will be appreciated, six contribution levels have been established:

    Corporate $500+
    Benefactor $300+
    Sponsor $200+
    Patron $100+
    Supporter $50+
    Friend $1+
