Can someone tell me how to set depth for the posts(top ones). Somehow the marks disappeared 😱

Are you talking about the distance from the strings or the height from the keybed. And why has the factory setting changed?

    Melissa,
You can start by assuming the hammer moldings strike the string at 90 degrees. Draw a line down the center of the molding and measure as you move the action back and forth until you reach the the 90 degree strike position, then check your regulation to verify that all other specifications pan out.

Well, if they have been moved and the information lost, you will have to find the right adjustment.
Is the action still in its original (functional?) regulation?
Are the key capstans in their working heights?
If so, then the action must be placed so that the dampers contact the strings with a little pressure, and the hammers must let off evenly at a reasonable distance from the strings.

If, however, the original information that the regulation embodied has been lost, you have a learning adventure ahead of you!
You might begin by guessing a position for the middle section, then doing a trial regulation on a few notes, refining as you go until you have a working action.

I'm not sure how this translates to older actions, but with modern actions the distance from the string plane to the wippen action center will be about 2.0 mm less than the distance from the string plane to the hammerbutt action center. I.e., the distance from the string plane to the wippen center might = 46 - 47 mm and the distance from the string plane to the hammer butt center would then = 48 - 49 mm. This assumes a (tenor/treble bore distance of about 62 mm (give a mm or two). The idea being that the hammer/hammer butt assembly will just return (without the aid of the spring) to its rest position using only gravity.

Since the mass distribution of older hammer butts is probably different than that of new hammer butts these dimensions may have to be adjusted to suit.

I have tried to get these dimensions from the various action makers. They say it is up to the piano makers to determine these parameters. I have tried to get these dimensions from the various piano makers. They say it is up to the action maker to determine these parameters. Does anyone else see something of a disconnect here?

So can I conclude that the hammer rake angle is a function of this difference in the center pins from the strings?

If the bottom posts haven't been changed  .........  adjust the upper posts to have a hammer blow/strike distance of appropriate distance  ..... assuming it was correct prior to disassembly.

I don't know how others set this up. I want the hammer to be at a 90 deg. angle to the strings when it strikes the strings.
