Larry,
It's from a 2000 C3 and the player was functioning prior to removal. New owner didn't want the player with the old technology. h/s/f is hammers/shanks/flanges. I did not pull the senors out of the shanks or the keys. The picture shows the control box. All parts of the player have been removed at this point except the solenoid box attached to the lyre, the solenoids inside it and sensors on the shanks and keys. I may remove the solenoids as well since they add significant weight to the lyre but haven't yet. A couple techs have expressed interest in some or all of the parts. Shipping is expensive because of the weight and length of box for solenoid rail, record rail, etc.

So now I'm all confused.
What's h/s/f??
Was this a working unit prior to removal?
Control box??
Which vintage?
I may be interested in the control box.
