    Scott,

     

    They didn't raise the salary much from when I was there. Do you know if the Lied Center is included? That's a pretty big deal.

     

    I know the new Director is a pianist, so that could help with someone who might be able find funding to replace some of those old grands they have. I've been gone for 4 years, so I don't know what condition they're in any more.

    I don't know about the Lied but assume that's included in the job like it has been in the past. The listing didn't even include health benefits so I'm not sure about that either. Did you get health benefits when you were here?

    Scott, I had the whole package, but the base salary was pretty low. I'm disappointed to see it only at about $48K. I started in 2006 at $40K. I took it as I needed to feed my family.  8K in 12 years is not great. It was low then. It is much better at U of SC with similar costs of living.
