All, This is a tool I use for cleaning out the slots in Yamaha flanges when cord replacement is necessary. I shortened a jigsaw blade, filed down its sides just shy of the width of the slots and mounted it in a wood dowel. It makes short order in cleaning out the slots. I should also mention that I use upholstery thread for replacement.#2013
