Dale - Webb Philips markets pre-cut plugs out of maple or Delignit in 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch diameters. Or, of course, one can cut them in the shop - which I have done - and will never do again - unless I have to. I believe I recall Webb told me that he will custom cut plug of any material. If I recall correctly, the 1/2-inch diameter Delignit plugs are 25 cents each (several years ago). Sounds expensive, but just try cutting them dern things yourself!

It takes a password to get in. The password is available for all
pianotuners but I dont think its appropriate for me to just broadcast it
here. Please send a mailto:contact@pianoteile.com and ask for access and
I am sure they will give it to you.

They are available from Webb Philips. Check the PTG directory.

My 17 yr. daughter just showed me the neatest trick.
Open dictionary.com in one window, copy and paste the web page in the box, chose the language translation, hit translate, and there it is, in English!!! The translation is not perfect, but it is good enough to get the idea.
