    Guten Morgen List!

This is a link to a tool chest made from an upright. Very clever. I don't
think you have to be a member to get to this web page. I'll attach the photos
    here if I can.

Looking forward to the pianotech live event at convention and meeting you all.
You've been such an inspiration and a godsend to me. This list is SO
    valuable!

Oh, and I still don't have a rooming mate for the convention, if anyone still
hasn't made their plans for a room yet! I'm about two blocks away at the Days
Inn (walking distance) and your share would be about $41/night. Want a male,
non-smoking, only mildly snoring (if at all) roomer to share.

    See many of you soon!

I think the strings are in the back (that's what a customer told me the
    other day...)

Yea, but did she offer to help you pull it out from the wall
    to get to 'em?

I don't recall, but it's surprising to me how many people think you gotta
move a piano away from a wall to tune it. Occasionally I do have to move it
out a cm or two (to get the top open) but then I leave it there and don't
say anything. I don't recall that I've ever had to move it out again the
    next visit.

I just don't think it's practical. I don't think my back could take hauling
that thing in and out of somebody's house everytime I do a tuning.
