    Greetings, all,

I'm about to update my billing forms. Some in the past have posted files of
their favorites, but I've had trouble searching the archives. If you have
one you'd like to share, please send it privately. Thanks much.

I print whatever invoices I'm taking at my office. I do have a pad from the home office which is nice. You stamp your name at the top...

I also use the forms from PTG, but I'm getting tired of stamping my name on every form. Has anybody asked if, for a large enough order, they'd be willing to print your name/addres/phone on the invoice forms?

I'd like that too...Seems to me you could take a sheet to your local printer and have it printed up with your business name on it, but I suppose the Home Office would frown on that? Good question for them though...

I've always had mine printed locally, my own design with my logo. I do a
3 part (white, yellow, pink) invoice on ncr paper, no carbon required.
It allows me to take one copy to the office and leave them with two, one
to keep and one to send back with payment. They don't cost too much and
they look pretty custom and professional. Many printers can also put a
sequential invoice number on them if you want.

    Hi Marshall

I have been following your posts and may have some help for you on the invoice pads. I get all of mine preprinted from a company that many service businesses use called NEBS. If you call them at 800 225 6380. You might also try them at nebs.com. They will send you a nice catalogue. I buy 4"X6" books of 50 duplicate pages at about 250 a time can get several hundred for about $40.+ .For new subscribers they give as much as 50% off at times. It is good to be on their mailing list. They have anything you want in printing from invoices, and statements to magnetic cards. They will custom make what ever form you like. I have used them for over 10 years.. I had one mistake on printer checks one time and they sent me the replacements in about two days. Give them a call I think you will be very happy.

    Mike,

I made some up on MS Publisher a few years back, and update them every time
I print them...gotta get that price increase in there! They end up costing
about 20 cents apiece when I have them printed numbered, and in duplicate, at
    the local printers.

If you have Publisher, I'd be happy to send you a file.

Get the ones from the Home Office. They have all the pertinent piano service jobs listed. But how does one who has vision problems fill them in????

I used to stamp them but it didn't look very professional. Now I take
the pads apart and run the duplicate forms through my ink jet printer
to put my name, address and GST account number on them. Once they're
printed I just make sure there's always a dozen or so in my Day-Timer.
