    Hi list
I am looking for some help, so I can contact the manufacturer or distributor Protek CLP for wholesale purchases.
Could anyone help me? (even in private message, if applicable).
    Thank you.

    Mr. McGavern

Thank you very much, but I look for a way to buy Protek, at wholesale.
The Pianotek would not be just another retailer? Or are they who produce Protek?
I have a piano supply business in Brazil, even in the initial phase, and need to rely on wholesale prices, since in Brazil we have an insane policy of import taxes ...

If you have any idea about a distributor / manufacturer, I'll be very grateful.

    Thank you again.

I have long been curious where this product comes from. Nobody seems to know except for the piano supply houses, and the ingredients are pretty secretive as well. I think it must be made for some other purpose and adapted for pianos, and maybe the manufacturer alters the chemistry a bit for our market. My best guess, after some searching, is that maybe the original formulation is for guns, as there are other CLP products out there - Clean, Lubricate, Protect.
http://www.midwayusa.com/product/840573/break-free-clp-bore-cleaning-solvent-lubricant-rust-preventative-4-oz-liquid is one of them that sounds similar. It derives from a military standard described on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIL-L-63460

    Anyone else know something?
