I recently serviced a Hallet Davis Studio Piano serial NG04175  and the fallboard hardware has been broken/damaged. I'd like to replace the hardware but my inquiries at the Hallet Davis contact page have gone unanswered.

Any idea if Hallet Davis is still in business and if replacement parts are available?

    Mixture, Oboe and Triangle flute

Any info appreciated - thank you!

I'm assuming a a Chinese Hallet and Davis, as that means its a relatively recent piano, rather than an earlier american Hallet.

Dongbei produced the Chinese Version.  The Hallet is a stencil piano, which means there will be no service or parts, I don't think. I have souped up a Dongbei Hallet, made it tuneable, and corrected numerous action and string issues. Turned into a really nice piano, but I would not even try to find parts for it...though I could be wrong about that.  It looks like the soft fall mechanism isn't busted, but rather just the fitting in the fallboard. This would be relatively easy for a machinist to reproduce. Its a simple flat part.
