The latest upload by Paul Brown of past technician journals has some excellent articles worth reading. One is the problem of bad action brackets in pianos made by Aeolion - I have seen them in a Fisher grand but they are in a number of piano brands that used a 150 action bracket . Soft metal was the culprit and the problem is like the crumbling brackets encountered in Young Chang and related pianos. . there also is a good article on setting action spread, an article on pitch history and a good article on string splicing. Finally there is a very good article on voicing and when and where to use needles.
