Thanks, Peter. I actually sent a message to Oliver Esmonde-White earlier today through his website and am hoping I will get a response. I also just found an email address on the Fandrich Pianos website and I am hoping that will make it to Heather. 👍
UPDATE: The email to fandrich@fandrich.com came back undeliverable saying their "mailbox is full"...

David,
On the assumption that this is Darrell's "high performance" action you might contact Oliver Esmonde-White in Canada as he has taken over the design and production of the action and has improved it significantly. Now that may in fact not give you what you need so alternatively you could contact Heather Fandrich and she might put you in touch with some who used to work on that action when Darrell was alive.

Subject: 1994 Fandrich U-122 Vertical Action
I recently tuned a 1994 Fandrich U-122 piano for a new client. I was able to fix some bobbling hammers and such temporarily, but the action really needs a full regulation.
I downloaded the regulation pdf from www.fandrichpianos.com but it seems like there may be some specialized tools needed. Perhaps a Fandrich dip block, a let off gauge, and perhaps some sort of elastic string and clamps to cast a shadow line? Are these tools that would have come with the piano? Or can I get these somewhere?
Looking for any advice or resources that would give me an idea of what it will entail to regulate this unique action. Can a quality regulation be done in one day at the client's house?
I have tried reaching out to Del Fandrich through his website over a week ago and through Facebook Messenger a few days ago but I have not received any responses. Hoping someone here can give me some guidance.
Thanks!
