Assuming its a NY D, it is likely that Darnell-Rose is the manufacturer/supplier. It could be worth a phone call with your predicament. Perhaps they can accommodate where SS cannot. (Understandable that SS does not have handles laying around...only full casters).

Someone backed out the locking T-bolt all the way and it can't be found. S&S will only sell complete casters. I only need the bolt. Hoping someone has orphaned parts they can spare. TIA
