    Givens, Larry, Re-Enacting the Artist: A Story of the Ampico Reproducing Piano. Vestal, NY: Vestal Press, 1970.

    We need to look up a page number for a Journal article.
    Also, anyone have access to Scientific American, Nov 1927?
