    Hello piano technicians!

Arledge Music Wire is in business. We were experiencing difficulties with supplies and email issues. I sincerely apologize for any delays on orders or email responses. We temporarily had an artisan replacement as well. Everything is back to normal at the shop. We have straightened out the supply delay, email issues and have our regular artisan back at the shop. Our artisan has been with us for many years, with the exception of a few breaks, and has provided the standard for quality piano strings our technicians have loved. Thank you to everyone who has stuck with us over the years. We greatly value your business!

    Hi James,

I really really enjoyed meeting you guys and enjoyed the tour very much. I did try to reach you many times over the the last year or so and could never get through. Once in a while i get a hold of Bret but he refers me to your phone and it doesn't accept voicemails because its full.

Anyways, i have had bad experiences with Mapes and wanted to use you guys but as i explained i could never get through. So in the meantime, i had to go with a competitor and have developed a great rapport with them.

Anyways, glad to hear you got those issues fixed.

    All the Best.
