Just got a new to me Ellington piano, it was worked on (possibly restored) in 1976 by a baldwin technician, on the tops of the hammers and over sprayed is a blue paint/powder of sorts. Any insight to what it could be?
Trying to see if if mainly anything toxic like a form of insecticide or moth/rodent deterrent.
