    I recently serviced a Bluthner Aliquot Grand from 1901. 

     I am looking for 1 damper post.  The original repair attempt that someone tried obviously didn't work to well.

    If I were faced with that, I would try my hand at re-gluing and clamping. And then re-drill the hole in the post, especially if the under lever flanges are glued to the damper tray.
