Hi Daniel,
Our shop builds new keysets and action stacks and often does modernizations of old beautiful instruments with worn out and/or obsolete actions. We've done a Bluthner patent action upgrade to modern Renner action with new keys and are working on a Bosendofer 7' upgrade from about 1910.
Are you sure it's a viennese action? That's pretty late to see that type of action. Viennese actions have the hammer shanks pointing opposite normal, towards the player.
If you can send pictures I'll see what i can do. A picture form the top and a pic from the side of the action and keys would be helpful.
I work with two local rebuilders here in Michigan who do really great belly work.
Best regards,
