    Hi All:

    I'm just trying to book an online reservation with the Nugget hotel.  The reservation system is frozen.  The circle just goes around and around, endlessly.  I had all my card information, etc., entered, so I don't want to do it over, lest I get charged twice.  I tried calling, the call went through, but no one answers.  Anyone know something going on?  I know there's been a fire up there in Sparks, so maybe that's the reason.  ??

    Looking back on my payment of June 12. It shows that I paid $190 (HUH?)

    Hi, Paul,

    While I don't recall the particulars, I seem to remember similar charges from other places.

    The initial charge is to hold the reservation, with whatever final balance being due on checkout. They'll also probably want to get more information from your card on check in.

    I had the same issue; I never received the email; however, when I called the hotel, there actually was a reservation.

    I had a weird thing like that happen as well, but I always call to make sure there are reservations and everything was fine.
