Thanks for your reply, James. The piano is a Bell, built in Guelph, Ontario in Canada. The earliest serial number I can find in the atlas I use is from 1894, and the number in the piano is lower than the lowest number in my atlas, so I am estimating 1890 to 1894. The Schwander label on the action rail encourages me to think that the action parts were not proprietary to this manufacturer.
The original wood sticker is in good condition, and I will use it regardless of whether or not I find a replacement wippen. I'm also set with spare flanges, so the main wippen assembly is all that is at issue here. I think the photo gives enough information, especially with the reference grid in the background, that most inappropriate replacement parts will be quickly eliminated. For what it's worth, the distance from the pin at the top of the sticker to the wippen flange pin is 39.0mm, and the distance from the wippen flange pin to the jack center is just a hair over 37mm. I have on hand a Schaff wippen 523SJ which is not a good match. The sticker style wippens I see on eBay at the moment seem to be consistent with the form factor of Schaff's product.
As for the damper head, I will be installing new damper felt throughout, and I can certainly fabricate a replacement that will serve, but if a better visual match could be achieved, I would be quite happy.

What is the brand of the piano and model ? to get an accurate replacement you will probably need more measurements between the action centers and the length of the long wooden sticker. You may need to build a damper head with new felt duplicating a neighbor. There are always sets/boxes of old whips listed on e-bay. Sure some rebuilders have a stash

I am looking for a wippen and a damper head for a vertical action I am reconditioning. A previous technician has installed a replacement wippen that works well, but cosmetically sticks out like a sore thumb. Photos are attached. The background is a 1/4 inch grid. The length of the main wippen body is 85.6 mm. What I need is a tenor wippen, so the spoon will be tilted towards the base. If you have appropriate parts you would like to sell, please let me know. Schwander is stamped on the main action rail. Age is probably late 19th century.
